“If we want to support public education, then there’s no other choice than to be for this bond. A new Westwood campus is needed. An agricultural science center is going to provide hands on learning opportunities for more kids to grow and gain practical, marketable skills in a world of artificial intelligence. Additionally, it will provide more diverse pathways for kids to not fall through the cracks in Friendswood as young people are trying to figure out who they are. Technology upgrades, maintenance, and additional items simply are unaffordable under the current funding structure.

Bonds ARE the mechanism in which public schools in Texas are expected to fund such projects and initiatives. I am FOR public education, FOR educators, and FOR children, so I will be voting FOR the bond!”
